OVERVIEW

Derwent Walk is a residential development in Hackney, London E9, featuring five 3-bedroom mews houses designed by OWAL, accessible via a landscaped, cobbled walkway off Derby Road. A copywriter and I were tasked with creating the branding for these properties, aimed at the buying market. Together, we developed a logo, crafted a distinctive brand identity, and launched a microsite to promote the development.
